“ It’s a pretty good restaurant to have to be newly open here in Southland. They offer a fair range foods, ranging from pho, to stir fries, and classic Vietnamese food. I’ve been here a couple times with my friends, and we’ve ended up enjoying most the food we’ve ordered, such as the Salt & Pepper Chicken Stir Fry on Rice, the pho, banh mi, etc. Like a lot of other reviewers have mentioned, the portion sizes lack a little, ESPECIALLY for the pho. But other than that, they do the stir fries super fresh, not sure about the other things since I haven’t had it yet. ”

“ There’s something deeply comforting about a good pho. When done right, it becomes more than just food; it’s a healing ritual in a bowl. This beef rib pho hits that mark beautifully. The portion is good. Medium it may be, it carries a generous soul. The beef rib lands in the bowl with proper presence, a bone this size brings both flavour and function, and it holds a substantial amount of meat that pulls away effortlessly, rich and satisfying without being overdone. I opted out of bean sprouts (just a personal preference, I prefer my greens a little more robust), and the bowl arrived clean and respectful of that request. A side of basil and lime adds that fresh, vibrant lift every bowl of pho deserves. The broth is clean, well-balanced, and deeply infused with the essence of long-simmered bones and aromatic spices. It’s not heavy or oily, but still rich enough to coat the palate. The noodles are well-cooked, neither too soft nor clumpy. They carry the broth beautifully, making every mouthful satisfying from start to finish. ”

We love the chilli sauce and we also enjoyed a chicken and prawn rice paper rolls. $76 for all of this shared with 3 of us including a sparkling a water & Coke Zero. I highly recommend and will go back. ”
